    WTF!! Are you kiddin me? I'd choose not to work even if Encircle would be the last company on the planet Earth. The place is total disgrace & the guy who runs it "Prabash" he is a big time looser and a "ASS HOLE”. Very unprofessional company. The employees work the whole month and get paid late, mostly between 10th or 15th which explains that the company does not even have funds to run its operations. If you want to be a looser "Join Encircle"...I can probably write a book on how ridicules this company is. Join Encircle is the biggest mistake that I did in my entire life.
